Our passion and connections we’ve established over 30 years of experience have allowed us to pair reliable candidates with quality businesses in the Tech, IT, and Engineering industries over and over again.

Since we formed in 2011, we’ve understood what it takes to achieve success. Overcoming the hurdles of starting a staffing and recruiting business full of well-established competitors, we knew to reach our goals, we had to put in a lot of hard work and focus on building strong connections with everyone in our network. 

We knew the problems we had in front of us and were able to collaborate, craft innovative strategies, and work as a cohesive team.

President and CEO
Steve Stanley

Steve Stanley is the President And CEO for NewFound Recruiting. After earning his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degrees at Memorial University in 2001, Steve began his career working with a multi-national staffing and consulting firm. During this time, Steve solidified his career in the staffing world and subsequently formed NewFound Recruiting in 2011. Steve has a strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients and consultants alike; it is this ability that has gained NewFound Recruiting a reputation for being client focused and for delivering superior results.

Todd LeSage

Todd LeSage is the Vice President of Consulting Services of NewFound Recruiting. In his role as Partner, Todd provides direct input into the organization’s vision, ambitious goals and overall strategic direction. Todd brings 15 years of executive management experience and entrepreneurial spirit to NewFound Recruiting’s talented sales and recruitment team. Lynn Gawryluki is the Director of Operations for NewFound Recruiting. This, coupled with her experience in the Recruiting Industry provides NewFound Recruiting’s candidates and partners with a consistent customer service experience.
